I now offer coaching services as well as therapy. It's important to look at the difference between the two treatment modalities. 

Coaching
is about development and advancement of personal lives and careers. Coaches work together with clients to create new opportunities and changes for the better.

As a coach I help clients gain self-confidence by recognizing and making use of their unique skills and talents. Techniques such as mindfulness and CBT are often utilized.

Therapy focuses on in-depth counseling, with frequent regard to unresolved childhood issues that negatively affect a life, and which often cause depression or/and anxiety.

A therapist focuses on mental health issues while a coach deals with emotional and situational obstacles to achieving future plans and personal development.
